One-Hour AI Consultation Terms
Summary: You pay $1,000 when reserving a one-hour remote AI consultation. A $500 attendance refund is returned after an eligible completed consultation. Confirmed appointments cannot be cancelled or rescheduled, and missed appointments do not qualify for a refund.
Purchase and booking
The consultation is a 60-minute remote video call. Payment is due in full at purchase through Stripe. After successful payment, you must select an appointment using the Calendly booking page.
Attendance refund
Michel Laclé will manually refund $500 to the original payment method within five business days after confirming that the purchaser, or an authorized representative of the purchaser's company, joined the scheduled call within 15 minutes of its start and participated in the consultation.
Confirmed appointments and missed calls
Purchases are non-refundable. Once booked, an appointment cannot be cancelled or rescheduled. A purchaser who does not meet the attendance requirement remains responsible for the full $1,000 payment and does not receive the $500 attendance refund.
Scope
The consultation provides professional AI and technical guidance based on the information available during the call. It does not guarantee a particular business, technical, financial, or operational outcome.
