- Morning — Discovery. I walk through your architecture, workflows, and existing AI tooling with the people who run it. No presentations from them, no slideware from me.
- Midday — Assessment. I rank the opportunities by impact vs. effort: where an agent, an automation, or a plain API call gets you the fastest win, and what the real agentic opportunities look like on a quarter-out horizon.
- Afternoon — Working session. We go deep on the top 2–3 opportunities with the engineers who'll implement them — tool access, data access, eval strategy, failure modes.
- End of day — Action plan, plus scaffolding. You leave with a concrete, prioritized roadmap you can execute with or without me — and in most engagements, the repo, agent scaffold, or pipeline that the first project runs on.
